INNOWAVE TECH JOINS SYDROGEN IN PRIONEERING NEXT-GENERATION FUEL CELL PRODUCTION

We are pleased to announce our strategic partnership with Innowave Tech Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based technology leader in AI-powered manufacturing automation solutions.
Through this partnership, Sydrogen will be integrating Innowave Tech’s Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system into their manufacturing process. This integration enables comprehensive quality control across three critical stages – Incoming Materials, Post-Cleaning and Post-Coating; and the system's advanced computer vision technology can process over 250,000 images daily, detecting defects with unprecedented precision across a 500mm x 200mm inspection area.
The partnership will focus on:
Implementation of Innowave Tech's AOI system featuring multi-modal inspection capabilities including optical, 3D, X-Ray, and Electron Microscope technologies
Real-time detection and prevention of physical deformations through automated dual-sided inspection with integrated air jet cleaning
Quality assurance optimization through advanced automation and recipe management systems
Integration with Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems for enhanced traceability and process control
