TAC-ON® coating and Nanofilm FCVA coating technology for valves

Nanofilm recently made new developments during July 2020 with its proprietary TAC-ON® coating and Nanofilm FCVA coating technology for applications in the high-pressure Pumps, Valves, and related components for the HPLC industry. The basic structure of this new coating consists of a NiCr / TiNx Adhesion Layer and taC / TAC-ON® layer. So now, besides originally being only applied on stainless steel substrates, these can directly also be deposited/applied on ceramic, glass, and plastic substrate materials. Its commercial value and critical properties are its excellent anti-wear and anti-corrosion functions.
